Stan Lee Professes Love To His Fans As He Battles Pneumonia
Stan Lee, the Marvel comic book legend responsible for so many of your favorite superheroes, professed his love to his fans in a video released Tuesday.
In the video, Lee explains his absence from the public scene – the comic creator has been battling pneumonia.
“I want you all to know I’m thinking of you,” the 95-year-old Lee said in the video. “I always think of my fans. I hope you are all doing well. I miss you all.”
A speech that would rival any that my own grandfather has ever written for me.
“Let me know how you are doing,” continued the absolutely precious Lee. “I hope everything is going well for you. And I hope next time we talk I will be in even better shape.”
Thank you for asking, Lee, we are all doing better now that we have an explanation for your absence and video proof that this pneumonia does not stand a chance.
