Ben Platt Enjoys A Bit Of Lox

Attention, universe. Ben Platt has done it again! He’s updated his social media accounts, and this time, it’s lox related.
Ben Platt has never once let us down. The Jewish singer-actor who bared his soul nightly on the Broadway stage in Dear Evan Hansen is now giving us even more to relate to. Platt stopped by the iconic New York restaurant Russ and Daughters recently to eat what looks like lox, a Russ and Daughters staple. Head tilted skyward, mouth wide open, Platt gamely aims the lox for his throat.
You, Mr. Platt, are a gentleman, a scholar, and an enjoyer of the finer things in life, like artisanal, smoked lox. The iconic restaurant has been open for over 103 toothsome years and calls itself the “torchbearer of Jewish food in America.”
Platt’s publicist did not respond to a request for comment. Obviously.
