One Of The Viral Florida ‘Hot Cops’ Is An Enthusiastic Anti-Semite

This is why we can’t have nice things — because the nice things literally want to put us in enclosed spaces and gas us to death.

Yet again a hot man has been laid low by his desire to murder as many Jewish people as possible. Joining an impressive gang that ranges from Haman to Gibson is 28 year-old Gainesville policeman Michael Hamill, who rocketed to fame last weekend when a Facebook post showing him and other members of the force responding to Irma went viral.

Hamill and the two other officers were photographed on the Gainesville police department’s Facebook page, with the caption “Officers Nordman, Hamill, and Rengering…part of the night crew getting together to do some work. #Irma” Like emergency workers responding to a hurricane, Facebook reacted swiftly and immediately.

The post, which had now been taken down garnered over 170,000 shares and 110,000 comments. Gainesville police had to issue a warning asking people to stop making facetious 9-1-1 calls, asking for the officers. Commenters from all over the world gleefully objectified the officers while thanking them for their service.

Hamill, the centerpiece of the photo, has a sumptuous beard, warm eyes, a sprinkling of freckles, and a Facebook page full of hate. On Thursday the Gainesville Sun reported that the police department is looking into a complaint about Michael Hamill. Screenshots from Hamill’s Facebook page show virulent anti-semetic posts that date from before he was a police officer. In one, Hamill writes that people who “take advantage of the system” of governmental benefits should be dealt with “in an oven…the Hitler way. Haha.”

The day before, on September 13th, the Gainesville Police Department Facebook page posted, “We need patience, internet. The photographer is booked, the layout is in the works. The calendar WILL happen.” Boys in uniform have always made for something nice to look at. At least with Hamill’s posts we have a sneak-peak into what some of those uniforms might look like — a flattering Wehrmacht green.
