The Counselors Of Camp Firewood Are Back In Trailer For ‘Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later’

Today is a truly blessed day for Netflix has released its first trailer for ‘Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later’ and, if it’s any indication of what we can expect from the series, we are in for episodes on par with the original cult classic.

In the (second) follow-up to the 2000 comedy, the former counselors make it their beeswax to be at Camp Firewood at 9:30am exactly 10 years after they were last there. The whole squad is back, including faces we saw in last year’s Netflix series ‘Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.’

Once the crew arrives, though, they realize that their reunion won’t be all fun and games (although it seems like there are a LOT of fun and games). Janeane Garofolo’s Beth divulges that she intends to sell the camp — and it’s up to the counselors to save it.

Paul Rudd, Molly Shannon, Amy Poehler, John Early, Marguerite Moreau, David Wain, Michael Showalter, and literal dozens of other beloved actors have come together to spin gold out of Jewish sleepaway camp once again. Episodes will be available for your absolute viewing pleasure on August 4th so call up all of your old bunkmates, get your mom to buy you s’mores ingredients, and prepare for a night of binge-watching that will go down in history.
