Monday

NYC — Purim may be over, but the celebrations are not! Jewcy’s Purim Pun-A-Palooza at Halyards will feature prizes for best costumes and pun-laden speeches.

7:30 p.m. Free; 2 drink minimum.

Tuesday

Chicago — Interested in a young professionals trip to Israel? Learn more and meet other prospective travelers at Theory Sports Bar and Grill.

Wednesday

NYC — Beer and science? Sign us up. Learn about DNA and heredity over free brewskis, wine, and hors d’oeuvres.

6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Free.

Albany — Are you incompetent in the kitchen? Never fear — Nidhi Agrawal, spice expert, is here to help! Join the Honest Weight Food Co-op and the Albany JCC for a night of culinary exploration.

6:30 – 7:30 p.m. $10.

Thursday

Chicago — From Barbie to Wonder Woman, comics are vehicles for cultural understanding and social change. Join award-winning historian and writer Trina Robbins for a discussion on women, culture and comics to learn more.

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Free.

Friday

LA — Four course Shabbat meal. Ambitious young Jewish professionals. Open bar. What else do you need to know?

6:30 – 10:30 p.m. $60.

Saturday

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

NYC — Now that there are officially Jewish wizards (and a Harry Potter haggadah!), we’re thrilled to invite you to Wizardfest at Webster Hall. The venue will be magical and potions will be flowing.

8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. $25.

Sunday

Brooklyn — The 11th Annual Persian Arts Festival, featuring short films, live music, Persian fusion cuisine, and a panel discussion of Iranian American scholars, is sure to delight.

10:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. $40 advance; $45 at the door.
