Google Launches ‘Palestinian Territories’ Domain
Google launched a Palestinian domain with the words “Palestinian Territories” added to its logo.
The new domain, which went online Aug. 13 and becomes Google’s 160th separate domain, will allow Palestinians direct access to Google in Arabic, Ynet reported.
Palestinian users have had to visit other country’s domains to use the search engine in Arabic.
