Multiple People Stabbed At New York City Area Synagogue
At least five people were stabbed in a machete attack at a New York City suburb synagogue Saturday night.
According to witnesses at the scene, the perpetrator came into the rabbi’s house in Monsey, N.Y. and started stabbing people.
Witnesses say a person at the rabbi’s home took a small table and threw it at the assailant before chasing him out. The alleged perpetrator then ran next door to the synagogue but was unable to enter due to congregants blocking the door. The perpetrator then fled the scene in a waiting car.
According to ABC 7 New York all of the victims were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
