Song: “Ruah HaOlam Malkati,” Sarah Myerson
Cantor Sarah Myerson is a world traveler and a multi-instrumentalist capable of playing accordion, piano, flute, drums and more. She composes pensive music for the lesser-known parts of tefillah, to help her community become more familiar with the words of the siddur. Myerson has also written original performative and liturgical Jewish music in Yiddish and Hebrew —including an original Yiddish opera featuring a cantor singing her way through Yom Kippur services in an alternate existence. Myerson is an imaginative and innovative voice in the present and future of Jewish music. —_ Jonah Rank_
