House Taking Up Genocide Bill
Despite threats of reprisals from Ankara and disapproval from the Bush administration, Democrats in Congress are slated to mark up the Armenian Genocide Resolution (H.Res 106) in the House Foreign Affarirs Committee today.
The bill is expected to be approved by the committee and has enought votes to pass should it reach the House floor.
