Ari Fleischer: Reporting for Duty
Former White House spokesman Ari Fleischer was recently in Israel to provide a special training session to the entire staff of the Israeli military’s international media division. The program was organized by The Israel Project, an American organization dedicated to improving Israel’s image in the media.
According to a press release issued by TIP: “For nearly two hours at IDF headquarters in Tel Aviv, Fleischer spoke with over 30 soldiers in the unit in a lively and engaging session. Afterwards, Maj. Avital Liebovich, commander of the international media division, profusely thanked TIP not only for bringing Ari to share his insights, but providing her soldiers with a valuable morale builder. As Ari told the men and women in uniform, ‘You are also fighting in the battle for Israel’s survival, only your weapons are the right words and messages.’”
