It’s a mitzvah to indulge in a lavish feast on Purim with family and friends. Due to the coronavirus, most of us won’t be able to have any guests this year but you can still celebrate the holiday with a delicious, festive meal!
In this video, Rukhl Schaechter and Eve Jochnowitz demonstrate how to make a delicious sweet-and-sour pot roast as well as two vegetarian side dishes: potato soufflé and an easy recipe for string beans.
