Capitol rioter who sat in Mike Pence’s chair had a history of antisemitic posts
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, FBI agents in Los Angeles arrested UCLA student Christian Secor, the Capital rioter who was pictured sitting in then-Vice President’s Mike Pence’s chair during the January 6 attack.
Pictured below is self-described Groyper, Christian Secor, who also goes by “Scuffed Elliot Rodger.” Here you can see him on the senate floor, carrying an “America First” flag. You can just barely see the ARCTERYX logo on his jacket. #CapitolRiots 1/ pic.twitter.com/mLEM42XYjh

According to a complaint filed by the Department of Justice against Christian, he has a history of antisemitic posts.
According to the DOJ, in a now deleted Twitter account, Secor described fascism as “epic,” valorized the Charlottesville white supremacist rally where marchers chanted “Jews will not replace us,” and frequently posted about Jewish influence over the U.S. government and Western culture. The DOJ also tied him to a podcast “known for making racist statements and denying the Holocaust.”
The LA Times reported that he was taken into custody without bond and transferred to Washington D.C. to await trial by the U.S. Marshals Service.
