Ruth Bader Ginsburg Is Back In Business
After fracturing three ribs last week, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg returned to work Tuesday, the Associated Press reported.
The 85-year-old Supreme Court Justice is working in her office for the first time since falling last Wednesday, according to a court employee.
She spent Thursday night in the hospital and worked from home Friday, according to The Root. AP reported that she was not on the bench Tuesday morning but came to the office later in the day.
Her personal trainer, Bryant Johnson, told Vox that she’ll get back to her notoriously rigorous workouts next week.
“[She’s] gone through peaks and valleys, and it’s not the first time she’s broken her ribs,” he said. “She’s tough as nails.”
