Congressman Uses Auction Skills To Drown Out Laura Loomer’s Protest

The “alt-right” Jewish activist and self-proclaimed “citizen journalist” Laura Loomer interrupted Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s congressional testimony to protest losing her verification as part of the social media platform’s purge of hate figures.

“You are a liar, Jack Dorsey,” she shouted, holding up her phone with a pink selfie stick as she called on President Trump to help.

Loomer was drowned out by Republican Rep. Billy Long, a former auctioneer who put his old skills to good use.

As Dorsey made his way back to his car, Loomer, shouting that she is a journalist, begged for her verification back.

Dorsey shut the door.

In addition to being de-verified on Twitter, Loomer was also banned last year from the ride-share services Uber and Lyft for anti-Muslim tweets.
