Two GOP Candidates Spew Hate On Neo-Nazi Podcasts
Two different GOP candidates appeared on neo-Nazi podcasts within the past two weeks, The Daily Beast reports.
North Carolina Republican primary winner Russell Walker appeared on the white supremacist Stormfront Action podcast on Thursday. Walker has previously said that he believes Jews descend from Satan, and that God was a “racist” and “white supremacist.” The hosts of the podcast had to ask Walker to stop using the n-word during the broadcast.
On the podcast, Walker touted his support for Illinois candidate and Holocaust denier Arthur Jones. Jones’s “avowed” neo-Nazi views have resulted in Ted Cruz calling for Illinois voters to vote Democrat.
“Jones is for real. He has strong ideas about Nazism,” Walker said on the podcast, according to The Daily Beast.
Also making two appearances on neo-Nazi podcasts is California congressional candidate and fellow Holocaust denier John Fitzgerald. He reportedly appeared on neo-Nazi podcasts on June 23 and 28. During both appearances, Fitzgerald emphasized his denial of the Holocaust; on the second podcast, he said a “main goal” of his campaign was “exposing this lie.”
