Ann Coulter Says U.S. Could Learn From Israel By Opening Fire On Border
Right-wing commentator Ann Coulter thinks the U.S. should learn a lesson from Israel’s treatment of Palestinian protesters on the Gaza border — by firing on immigrants here.
“Can we do that?” Coulter wrote on Twitter, attaching an article reporting on Israeli troops killing at least 58 Palestinian rioters on the Gaza border following months of violent protests leading up to the U.S. embassy relocation to Jerusalem. The riots also coincided with the 70th anniversary of Nakba day, a national day of Palestinian mourning Israel gaining statehood, which is held annually on May 15.
Hamas, the political power and terrorist organization in control of the region, vowed that Tuesday’s Nakba day would be the most violent yet— including attempts to breach the security fence and carry out a massacre of Israeli civilians, the Times of Israel reported. Over 100,000 Palestinians reportedly took part in the mass demonstrations.
“If you shoot one to encourage the others, maybe they’ll learn, but otherwise, we’ll see, we’ll see,” Coulter added in her comparison to Gaza rioters and illegal U.S. immigrants.
