Jordan Feldstein, Maroon 5 Manager and Jonah Hill’s Brother, Dies At 40

Jordan Feldstein, manager of prominent musical acts like Maroon 5, died Friday night, December 22, at the age of 40.

Feldstein is the brother of actors Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein.

“Unfortunately, last night Jordan called 911 for shortness of breath, when paramedics arrived it was determined he went into full cardiac arrest and passed away shortly thereafter,” the family said in a statement.

Feldstein, who was childhood friends with Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine, managed the band since it formed nearly 15 years ago, helping to lead it to commercial success. Feldstein’s company, Career Artist Management, also managed performers like Robin Thicke, Sara Bareilles, Big Boi, Iggy Azalea, Miguel, Rick Springfield and the B-52’s.

Feldstein is also survived by his parents, costume designer Sharon Lyn and top Hollywood accountant Richard Feldstein, and two children. The family plans to announce a charity where donations can be made in Feldstein’s name.
