Anthony Weiner Heads To Prison
Anthony Weiner stint in the big house starts today.
The disgraced ex-lawmaker is expected to turn himself in for a 21-month sentence for sexting with a 15-year-old girl.
He is expected to serve the time at Federal Medical Center Devens, a facility in suburban Boston that also has a sex offender treatment program.
Weiner was convicted of encouraging the girl to strip and engage in sex acts while he watched on Skype, court papers revealed.
Weiner, 53, was dumped by his wife, former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, with whom he has a 4-year-old boy.
His sext case unexpectedly upended the presidential campaign when then-FBI Director James Comey announced in the dying days of the race that some of Clinton’s emails were found on Weiner’s computer.
