Israeli Tourists Reported Missing After Massacre — Consul Jets In
Israel’s consul general in Los Angeles arrived in Las Vegas in search of eight Israelis in the city who have not been heard from since the massacre at the Mandalay Bay casino on Sunday, the Times of Israel reported.
Avner Saban, Israel’s consul general in Los Angeles, traveled to Las Vegas Monday morning. He earlier told an Israeli news website that he did not believe any Israelis were injured in the shooting, Times of Israel said.
More than fifty people were killed in the shooting, and more than 500 injured.
