‘Broad City’ Welcomes Drag Legend RuPaul to Set

Sometimes it can feel like everyone who’s anyone in Hollywood has made a cameo appearance on the Comedy Central hit ‘Broad City.’ Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Fred Armisen – you name the comic legend, they’ve probably spent a day on set with Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer.

But somehow, because Jacobson and Glazer are incapable of producing anything less than golden, they’ve upped their guest star game this season. RuPaul, of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ and also just of general fabulosity, will be joining the comic duo for season four.

RuPaul has of late been making the guest spot rounds. He recently starred on an episode of ‘2 Broke Girls’ and he’s featured in a recurring role on Netflix’s ‘Girlboss.’

Of course, it’s refreshing to see him star in a show as worthy of his talent as ‘Broad City.’ Glazer, Jacobson, and RuPaul are all comic royalty who deserve nothing more nor anything less than the on-set company of one another.
