Bernie Sanders Prints Up Giant Trump Tweet To Defend Obamacare

Bernie Sanders had a giant poster of a Trump tweet printed up and lugged to the Senate floor, where he used it to defend Obamacare Wednesday.
“I think it is interesting that we listen to what Donald Trump said during the campaign,” the independent Vermont senator said in an incendiary speech.
In May 2015 Trump tweeted that “there will be no cuts to Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid. Huckabee copied me.”

Sanders stood in front of the tweet, which stood on an easel behind him, and poured fire and brimstone on Republican efforts to repeal Obamacare without providing a viable health insurance alternative.
“This was a central part of his campaign. This is what he asked millions of elderly people and working class people to vote for him on. These are the principles that Donald Trump ran and won the presidency on.”
Following his appearance, Gizmodo launched a Photoshop contest for what Sanders should have printed on his poster instead.
