We’re excited to partner with the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan for an investigation into the roots and manifestations of antisemitism in America. When antisemitism is on the rise, who are the most vulnerable targets? The “visibly Jewish” in our community, Orthodox (Modern Orthodox and Haredi) are disproportionately targeted for physical and verbal attacks.
Our esteemed panel, moderated by award-winning journalist Avital Chizhik-Goldschmidt, will share both their lived experiences and their expertise as prominent professionals in the Orthodox world. With Nathan Diament, executive director of the Orthodox Union Advocacy Center; Laura E. Adkins, opinion editor of the Forward; Rabbi Eli Cohen, executive director of the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council; and Rabbi Motti Seligson, director of media relations, Chabad Lubavitch.
