As the photographer, Gili Getz, wrote on Facebook, “Last night we mourned, we prayed and we sang. With each other and our allies. It was moving to have leadership from the Muslim community join us in solidarity [to] help support the event, as we hold each other in grief. They are also the target of the same dark forces. We have to show up for each other.”
