Introducing Prepent with Lab/Shul’s Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie

Activate your new year this High Holy Days season with Amichai Lau-Lavie, founder of Lab/Shul in NYC and one of the Forward’s Most Inspiring Rabbi’s of 2016, joining him on an annual 40 day journey to return, refocus, recharge and restart.

From the first day of the month of Elul – Sunday, September 4th – all the way to Yom Kippur on October 12th, Amichai will post a daily dose of inspirational intentions and simple tasks for reflection and perfection of the art of love. Now in its seventh year, Prepent offers 40 ways in 40 days to come clean, get lean (within), and begin, again.

We’ll be publishing each daily Prepent blog in Scribe, the Forward’s brand new contributor network.
